- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days. Free above 145 €, otherwise 10 €
- DHL Express delivery: from 2 working days. 10 € for orders above 145 €, otherwise 20 €

Please Note
- Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. Please note that deliveries can take longer to certain remote areas or if your order required additional security validation.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- You can find your order’s tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email or login to the My Account, selecting MY ORDERS page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our priority is your satisfaction. We are completely confident in the quality of our products and make all possible efforts to guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you consider that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by following the returns procedure as detailed below. Vélo Monaco will evaluate if your product has suffered from a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the product is not available anymore. Please note that a product can not be considered defective if the problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage.

We aim to make returns as easy as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it within 15 days of receipt for either a size exchange, an alternate product or a full refund. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached.
The postage for returning items is at your cost but the shipping costs for any replacement items will be at our charge. We advise using a tracked and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for returned items which go missing in transit.
To make a return, simply contact us, include you order number and the email address you used when placing the order.

1/APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE The Customer acknowledges having read all of these general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them as soon as he confirms his order. The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale stated on the screen (name, price, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of transport services) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
2/PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Our offers are intended exclusively for individuals. Items visible on the site are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of an item, HTP monaco undertakes to notify the Customer and to reimburse him within 30 days.
3/PRODUCT PRESENTATION The products offered for sale on the site www.velomonaco.com are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if any errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, HTP monaco cannot be held liable.
4/PRICE HTP monaco reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date. 5/ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS When ordering, the customer fills in a form containing the following personal data: surname, first name, full delivery and billing address, e-mail, telephone number. Here the Customer can create his account with Password or shop as a Guest. The customer can pay by Credit card or American Express directly on the site. Other payments at checkout is not accepted. The customer provides their bank card number associated with the expiration date and the CVV code. He finally validates his order. After having validated his payment, the customer validates definitively and irrevocably his order. The products remain the property of HTP monaco until full payment of the order. HTP monaco reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, relating in particular to the availability of products, a problem concerning the order received, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made or a dispute relating to a previous order.
6/SECURITY OF PAYMENTS Payment is only made by Credit card or American Express. The details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never pass unencrypted over the network. 7/DELIVERY TERMS A maximum period of 2 working days after registration of the order may be required to ship the order. The ordered product is shipped by a carrier option the costumer chosen at checkout. The products are delivered to the delivery address the costumer enter in the order. The usual average delivery times for the different delivery areas are detailed below, except for any fortuitous event or force majeure that would delay delivery regardless of the will and diligence of HTP monaco.

When ordering, check the costs charged for the transport of your packages, the goods cannot be returned to us if you have actually validated your purchase and therefore the transport costs.

Any damaged, damaged or soiled item will be refused by HTP monaco. If this period of fifteen clear days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid, after receipt of the product by HTP monaco within 30 days. The return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
