The postage for returning items is at your cost but the shipping costs for any replacement items will be at our charge. We advise using a tracked and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for returned items which go missing in transit.

Vélo Monaco offers the following delivery options in Europe, UK, Switzerland and Norway.
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days. Free above 145 €, otherwise 10 €
- DHL Express delivery: from 2 working days. 10 € for orders above 145 €, otherwise 20 €

- Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays.
